Central City SRO Tenant Leaders Celebrate Black History Month

A day of educating, organizing, and reflection, tenant leaders and staff at Central City SRO Collaborative celebrated their first annual Black History Month.

As part of the reflection, participants discussed the historical impact of civic engagement and design in public policy. This connected well with principles from this additional resource on inclusive design frameworks.

Celebrating community efforts also sparked conversation around the digital presence of local initiatives. One staff member shared how working with Web Design Myrtle Beach SC helped them build visibility for tenant advocacy projects.
